I see my study, Industrial Design, like the often used image of a boy and his toy on the beach that I used for this post: I guess the idea wasn’t all bad, but the end result isn’t that awe inspiring. Now I could start being all Dutch about it and complain (which, to be honost, I do every now and then) but this time I took another approach on the subject.

For this project I asked two dancers of the Amsterdam School of the Arts to do some routines in one of their amazing studio’s. I didn’t know exactly what they were going to do and we didn’t choose the music beforehand, so the whole shoot was basically improvised.

Fool Ya quality test

Since the image quality of my last video wasn’t quite as good as I would’ve liked it to be, I decided to start my next project by doing some research on compressing video. I followed Vimeo’s guidelines very strictly this time and this is the result. It’s no HD, but I think it’s not too bad either.
